• Meet the Staff...

Jack Firth – Certified Kitchen Designer/Owner
Owner Jack Firth began the business in 1984 as the sole designer, placing all orders, receiving and even delivering all of the kitchen cabinetry.  Since then, Mark IV Kitchens, a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, has grown into a reputable business with an extensive showroom featuring the latest in kitchen and bath products.

Cindi Succa – CKD, Certified Kitchen Designer With over 25 years of experience in the Kitchen & Bath Industry, Cindi has been a dedicated employee of Mark IV since 1987.  She has extensive knowledge and ability in the planning and execution of complete kitchen designs and continues her education of current design trends.

Nancy Elin Kiefer – Kitchen Specialist/Designer Elin has worked in the fields of Residential Architecture as well as Kitchen & Tile Design for over 15 years.   She holds a BFA from Arcadia University and an AA in Specialized Technology from American Institute of Design.  Elin’s approach to design is to creatively integrate style and function into a unique work space.

Bob Eberly – Bath Specialist/Designer A former registered Master Plumber and NARI Certified Remodeler, Bob brings 25 years of plumbing and design experience to Mark IV.  Bob, a member of the Decorative Plumbing Buying Group, manages the Mark IV bath department showroom and design department.

Lee Perry – Installer Certified in kitchen installation, Lee has been a professional kitchen and bath installer at Mark IV for over 18 years.  His attention to detail, courteous manner and mastery of carpentry typify Mark IV service.

Werner (Fritz) Newman – Installer Before joining the Mark IV staff, Fritz worked as a Mechanical Engineer and a General Contractor.  His years of experience, skill as a craftsman, and his precise work serve him well on all levels of remodeling.

Mark Pasqual- Installer
Mark brings 15 years of remodeling experience to Mark IV. Mark’s education and training include completion of a two year program at Montgomery College in Architectural Drafting and Construction Methods and Materials.

John Neumann- Assistant Installer
John is a La Salle University graduate with a degree in Business Administration and he has significant work experience in accounting and auditing.  John joined Mark IV in 2006 and currently works as an apprentice to Mark IV installers, primarily his father, Fritz Neumann.

Jeremy Riggall – Project Manager A graduate of Grove City College with a BS in Business Management, Jeremy coordinates the bath and kitchen renovations for the Mark IV staff.  He ensures clients a seamless installation from start to finish by his efficient management and oversight of the entire process.

Donald English- Operations Manager
Don’s contribution to Mark IV includes receiving and delivering product, physical plant and equipment maintenance as well as inventory and oversight of both of the Mark IV warehouses. Don has a Masters of Arts in Religion with a Biblical emphasis from Westminster Theological Seminary.

Kevin Firth- Operations Assistant
Kevin assists in receiving and delivering product, inventory and warehousing at the Mark IV warehouse and assists the project manager in servicing the job sites.  A graduate of the Lincoln Technical Institute Electronics Servicing Program, he also brings 5 years of purchasing, shipping, receiving and expediting experience to the business.

Debbie Bowen- Office Manager
Debbie maintains office efficiency by greeting customers, answering the phone and coordinating the designer’s schedules.  She also manages the paperwork for all office personnel and handles warranty issues.

Olive Jeffries – Bookkeeper Ollie keeps the books and handles the Mark IV accounts.  A graduate of Rider University, Ollie’s competent management skill keeps Mark IV running smoothly.
