We understand that renovating a kitchen or a bathroom in your home is a substantial undertaking involving many stressful and sometimes overwhelming decisions.  Our goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.  Below we have outlined the steps we will take in completing your renovation:

Choose Installation Method- Products can be sold either directly to you, sold to a contractor or directly installed by Mark IV’s professional installation team.

Visit Our Showroom- Stop by our showroom in Abington, Pa. to look around at the various products, styles, colors and finishes we carry; this will help you to get a feel for the products and assist with the different decisions that need to be made.

Meet With A Mark IV Designer- Set up an appointment with one of our designers, who will help answer questions about the basics of your renovation, including making preliminary product selections and discussing your budget.  If you have floor plans of the existing layout, bring those along so that the designer can get a feel for what you have to work with.  A retaining fee may apply to begin measurements.

Final Measurements- Our professionals will come out to your home to take final measurements of the space.

Design Quote- After the designer has had some time with your ideas and floor plan, a design and quote will be developed and presented to you.  Your designer will discuss any changes you may want to make and help with final selections.

Order Products- When everything is finalized, we will order your products- the lead times vary, depending on the product, supplier’s availability and other variables.

Delivery/Installation- Once we have accumulated all of your products for the renovation, we will either schedule to deliver them to your home, to your contractor, or if previously agreed, our Project Manager will set up a day for our professional installation team to begin your renovation.
