Firstly, let me say that the work was excellent and the kitchen looks absolutely great. That granite is an eye catcher and all that have seen it were very impressed. Also all of the people who worked in our home were true professionals, both skilled in their trade and very clean and neat.

Dear Jack-
This is an unsolicited letter for your to enjoy as thanks or use as reference for another considering your service. When a friend recently asked whether I was “thrilled” with my kitchen, I responded enthusiastically!
You spent sufficient initial time with me at your business location and in my kitchen for each of us to assess the other. As we progresses, my first lists became your lists, with details satisfied by your master workmen. I appreciate your response to the challenge of a very small kitchen through utilization of:
- a narrow pantry including door shelving and cut-out for carpet sweeps (discouraged by relatives and previous designers)
- closet with narrow space for trays, etc.
- under counter and overhead storage allow coordination of utensils stored in the basement and second floor closets
- pull-out faucet for flow and spray
- gorgeous Corian counter and bowl
- soft track and very directed lighting
- open shelving for decorative objects
- attention to type of handles pleasing to home owner, although not in store display
- etc. – etc. – etc.
Your “call any time” policy was real assurance that decisions could be slightly diverted, as with my change in wall treatment after seeing the “second-to-none” cabinetry, accommodating the small area and row of closets. Although I smile in remembering my panic call upon overusing the garbage disposal, your lesson was calm, kind, and well-received.
Additional monies could have been spent, Jack – but I never felt that you were offering any encouragement to raise our agreed price. Conversely, you added several hours in kindnesses enhancing the general effect, such as hiding unsightly wires near an exit and attaching a gift telephone.
I believe that you gave me a fair cost for a quality product and service. With quiet efficiency you directed the project and left as a valued friend!
