After decades of dedicated service and hard work, Jack and Janice Firth have retired and transitioned the ownership of Mark IV Kitchen & Bath to their trusted friend and longtime contractor, Matt Capitolo. The Firths have built a reputation of quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, making Mark IV a cornerstone of the local community. Their decision to retire marks the end of an era for the company, but they are confident that Matt will continue to uphold the values that have made Mark IV a

In 2023, Matt Capitolo and family took the exciting step of becoming the new owners of Mark IV Kitchen & Bath, carrying on the tradition of excellence that has made the company a staple in the community for
so many years. Before assuming ownership of Mark IV Kitchen & Bath, Matt Capitolo was the owner and lead
contractor of Whitefield and Co., a remodeling company specializing in kitchens, baths, and home
additions.
With years of hands-on experience, Matt and his team developed a reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service. His expertise in managing complex remodels and his commitment to exceeding client expectations made Whitefield and Co. a trusted name in the region. This experience has provided him with a unique perspective and skill set that he now brings to Mark IV, further enhancing the company’s ability to create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect each client's
vision.
